Founded by Marty, Diane, and Quinn Kelly, our business has always been rooted in community values and personalized service. At Kelly’s Pharmacy, we believe we’ve created an experience that stands apart from the large chain pharmacies—where our personal touch and commitment to customer care truly make a difference.
Our employees live in the communities we serve and are passionate about using their time and knowledge to help others in every way possible. Pictured to the right are Steph, Marty, and Kris—the original team members who helped launch our first location in Greenville. Today, Kelly’s Pharmacy has grown to over 35 dedicated employees, all committed to going above and beyond to meet your healthcare needs.

As O'Brien Pharmacy joins the Kelly's Pharmacy family, our goal is simple: continue the legacy that the O'Brien Family built while investing in the future of the pharmacy and the community it serves. We are excited to call Ballston Spa home and look forward to serving our new neighbors for many years to come.
