Meet Our Staff

Marty graduated from Albany College of Pharmacy in 1979 and began his career at Fay’s Drug, where he quickly rose to become a territory leader for the Northeast division. This role allowed him to cultivate lasting relationships within the industry—connections that would continue to shape his professional journey. Following a series of acquisitions and pharmacy mergers, Marty continued his career with Eckerd Drugs and later with Rite Aid. While owning his own pharmacy had always been a lifelong dream, raising his three children—Quinn, Hannah, and Taylor—was his top priority. In 2011, he made the pivotal decision to leave his position at Rite Aid in his hometown of Greenville, NY, to finally pursue that dream. Together with his wife, Diane, and son, Quinn, Marty founded Kelly’s Pharmacy Inc. In 2014, Marty further expanded the business by opening a second Kelly’s Pharmacy location in West Coxsackie, NY. With roughly 50 years of experience in the retail pharmacy industry, Marty remains passionate about his work and believes this is one of the most exciting eras for the field. An early adopter of emerging technologies, Marty champions the use of robotics and other innovative tools to drive Kelly’s Pharmacy Inc. forward. He believes these advancements are essential for continued growth and adaptability in an ever-evolving retail pharmacy landscape. What has made Marty so impactful throughout his career is his unwavering patient-first approach. His commitment to community extends beyond the pharmacy as well—he founded the Greenville youth wrestling program, which eventually grew into the Greenville Varsity Wrestling team. As Marty begins to step back from day-to-day operations, with his son Quinn and daughter-in-law Rebecca taking on greater leadership roles, he is embracing his favorite role yet: being a proud grandfather to his two beautiful grandchildren.

From a young age, Quinn aspired to own his own business and make a meaningful impact on people’s lives. Inspired by his father’s example, he graduated from Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (ACPHS) in 2018. Quinn’s journey into entrepreneurship began in 2011, when he, along with his parents, Diane and Marty, opened the first Kelly’s Pharmacy Inc. retail location on Main Street in Greenville, NY. After completing his degree at ACPHS, Quinn returned to Greenville to help manage and grow the family business, which had expanded to include a second Kelly’s Pharmacy location. Quinn has played a vital role in strengthening the Greene County community, building strong and lasting relationships with both customers and employees. His dedication to growth and innovation led to the opening of a third Kelly’s Pharmacy retail location in Delmar, NY. Quinn firmly believes that independent pharmacies can continue to thrive—even in an increasingly corporate landscape—by offering the personalized care and attention that sets them apart from national chains. Outside of work, Quinn is passionate about staying active and competes in full Ironman races across the country. Above all, he treasures spending time with his loving wife and their three children.

Since graduating from Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 2017, Rebecca has dedicated her career to the retail pharmacy sector. She began her professional journey as a Pharmacy Manager at CVS, where she had previously worked as a pharmacy intern throughout her college years. In 2018, Rebecca joined Kelly’s Pharmacy, where she quickly made a meaningful impact on patient care and pharmacy operations. In 2020, she assumed the role of Director of Pharmacy Operations, overseeing all Kelly’s Pharmacy locations. In this leadership role, Rebecca has been instrumental in developing innovative strategies to ensure business sustainability, while advancing the health and well-being of patients and families in the communities they serve. Beyond her contributions to pharmacy operations, Rebecca also manages the company’s human resources, payroll, and accounting functions, playing a key role in the overall success and growth of the business. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Rebecca enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Quinn, and their three young children. Together, they hope to one day see Kelly’s Pharmacy Inc. become a proud third-generation family business!

A 1996 graduate of Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, Jeff spent 27 years with CVS/pharmacy, starting as a Pharmacy Intern and holding various leadership positions at both the store and corporate levels. After a 15-year period as the Supervising Pharmacist of CVS in Glenmont, he moved on to take a Director of Operations role for a local insurance company’s retail pharmacy group. Jeff came to Kelly’s with a desire to return to direct patient care, and is glad to be practicing is a small-town environment like the one he grew up in. Jeff’s professional passions are working with student pharmacists, workflow and operational efficiencies and fighting PBM abuse. When not at the pharmacy, Jeff is an avid golfer and soccer fan and spends much of his time on various volunteer roles with Scouting America.

A 2019 graduate of Albany College of Pharmacy, Hannah has been an employee at O’Brien Pharmacy since 2012 as a 17-year-old senior in high school trying to decide what career path to take. She quickly realized that pharmacy was the right career for her, working as a front end clerk, pharmacy intern, staff pharmacist and now supervising pharmacist in the same store she started her career in. Hannah’s professional passions include vaccinations and direct, personalized patient care resulting in strong community relationships. Hannah spearheaded the vaccination program at O’Brien Pharmacy where there previously hadn’t been one, allowing for more well-rounded patient care. Outside of the pharmacy, you can find Hannah spending time with her fiancé and their 2 cats, playing pickleball, drinking coffee and reading a good book or playing board games with friends and family.

Tami’s passion for healthcare began in childhood and only grew stronger during her first role at a physician’s office in high school. It was there that she discovered the joy of one‑on‑one patient care and decided to pursue pharmacy. While still in high school, she volunteered in the pharmacy department of a local nursing home and gained hands‑on experience at an independent pharmacy. After earning her PharmD from Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (ACPHS) in 2014, Tami spent eight years at CVS, where she advanced from pharmacy intern to Supervising Pharmacist. In 2021, she joined Kelly’s Pharmacy with a clear mission: deliver highly personalized service and deepen community connections. Today, she proudly serves patients across both our Greenville and Delmar locations. Outside the pharmacy, Tami enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. She also loves traveling, exploring new hiking trails, and sampling different cuisines. Kate grew up in Greenville, New York, where she developed a strong connection to her community and a passion for helping others. After joining Kelly's Pharmacy in 2018 as a pharmacy clerk and technician, she discovered her love for pharmacy through firsthand experience caring for patients and learning the important role an independent pharmacy plays in the community. Inspired by both her experiences at Kelly's Pharmacy and her desire to expand her knowledge of medicine, Kate pursued her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (ACPHS), graduating in 2026. As a pharmacist, Kate is especially passionate about compounding pharmacy and looks forward to creating customized medications that meet the unique needs of each patient. She believes independent pharmacies are uniquely positioned to provide personalized care, build meaningful relationships, and improve the health of the communities they serve. Throughout pharmacy school, Kate remained an active member of the Kelly's Pharmacy team, continuing to grow alongside the business while gaining valuable experience in patient care and pharmacy operations. She also served as a student ambassador, teaching assistant in the pharmacy skills laboratories, member and student leader of the National Community Pharmacists Association, and member of the Rho Chi Honor Society. Kate is excited to begin her career as a pharmacist at Kelly's Pharmacy, where she has grown from a technician into a healthcare professional dedicated to serving the community she has always called home. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, playing tennis, and crocheting.
